This code of conduct is subject to change and will be updated as needed.

Our Commitment

Next AI Engineer is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices.

Expected Behavior

All conference participants are expected to:

  • Be respectful in speech and actions
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior
  • Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants
  • Alert conference organizers if you notice violations of this Code of Conduct
  • Participate authentically and actively contribute to building a welcoming community
  • Exercise consideration and respect in your interactions

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered harassment and are unacceptable:

  • Verbal or written abuse, threats, or intimidation
  • Discriminatory jokes, language, or imagery
  • Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • Personal attacks or deliberate intimidation
  • Sustained disruption of talks or other events
  • Photography or recording without explicit consent
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Stalking or following

Professional Standards

As a professional conference focused on AI engineering, we expect all participants to:

  • Share knowledge openly and constructively
  • Respect intellectual property and give proper attribution
  • Engage in thoughtful technical discussions
  • Provide constructive feedback when appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality when requested by speakers or attendees

Enforcement

Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference without refund.

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact our conference organizers immediately. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all conference spaces, including talks, workshops, networking events, online platforms, and related social events. It also applies to behavior outside the conference when such behavior affects conference participants or the conference community.

  • Use our anonymous reporting form (will be available during the event)

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant and other community standards. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation in the AI engineering field.
